Bittensor — Decentralized Machine Learning

I am interested in AI from the standpoint of creating a framework for cloning experts. During that thought process, I speculated that, were I to be successful, it would be nice to have an ecosystem for people to share/sell experts.

So I woke up one day with the discussions around Bittensor.
